Kahlea Nicole recognizes that a lot of women struggle to make money doing what they love. As a Millenial Biz Mentor she specializes in helping millenial women monetize their digital service offers so they can start seeing big picture profit! When she’s not hanging with her clients you can find her being a dork on Instagram stories, hitting the gym for a workout, or enjoying a trip to the beach.
Kahlea Nicole is a business mentor whose bread and butter is helping millennial women monetize their digital service offers so they can see big picture profit. Kahlea provides coaching at every step of the process, from launching an offer, to monetizing their Instagram through brand partnerships, to turning their community into clients. She began her business journey back in college as a blogger, gradually moving up to being an influencer and, finally, a coach.
Kahlea’s biggest mindset shift was overcoming the belief that she is too young to run a business. Now 22 years old, Kahlea has been in business for herself since she was 17. It didn’t help that there are no entrepreneurs in her family nor in her circle of friends at the time she began her journey. Kahlea realized that experience, and not age, is what truly drives success as an entrepreneur. She therefore has adopted an attitude of failing forward, where every obstacle or mistake she makes along her path is really an opportunity to learn and grow.
To become a player in the influencer marketing industry, Kahlea had to establish for herself a Unique Selling Proposition (USP). This helped to set her apart from other creatives in the same space. She decided not to follow the common advice of sticking to a single offering as an entrepreneur, instead choosing to have multiple offerings because “the more that you can offer to a brand, the more valuable you are.” Kahlea has become a “one-stop shop” in her industry, making it hard for any brand looking to expand their reach not to look to her for help.
Secondly, Kahlea built up a community over the past five years that knows, likes, and trusts her. Cultivating a strong and loyal tribe will open up many doors that can lead to clients that you never could have connected with otherwise.
Finally, Kahlea makes it a point to tailor her message specifically to the client’s needs when reaching out. General pitches are a big waste of time. For Kahlea, a quality-over-quantity approach to selling yourself to potential clients is the best way to not only influence brands to work with you, but to encourage them to work with you for the long-term.
Listen in and learn Kahlea’s tips for defining your brand’s mission, building a loyal following through authenticity, collaborating with influencers, and putting together an amazing group coaching program.
