A Month Abroad in Paris!

Jordan Gill, operations consultant and founder of Systems Saved Me, helps overworked one-woman shows become streamlined solopreneurs. Her jam is creating a cohesive operating system for managing your tasks, files and inbox. She’s been on podcasts like What Works and CEO Vibes sharing her love of replacing monthly retainers with one day virtual intensives. She currently lives in Dallas TX with her cavapoo Vivienne and collection of 1,000 piece jigsaw puzzles.

Jordan Gill is the founder of Systems Saved Me, which helps “online business owners put systems in place to establish maximum efficiency.” She services one-on-one clients through VIP days which mainly helps seasonal service providers such as wedding planners, tax professionals, and tutoring companies with their client management process during their off-seasons. She also has a program called Done In A Day which helps services providers replace their monthly retainers with virtual VIP days.

The “virtual VIP day” offered by Jordan is a four-figure service that lasts between three and eight hours within a 24 hour period using the business owner’s signature process, which she splits into three to five phases. She makes it a point to be specific with every aspect of the service to avoid the preconceived notion that a shorter timeframe means a less valuable offering.

Jordan’s biggest mindset shift as a business owner has been to come to terms with offering a high-ticket service to clients who are oftentimes making more money than her. “Why would they want to trust me with their business or their life if they technically have more revenue in the bank?”

Of course, she eventually embraced the fact that it’s not just about revenue in the bank. As the saying goes: Your net worth should not equal your self-worth. What really matters is the value you’re offering. In Jordan’s case, she has the expertise to help any business owner set up systems. If these business owners are paying her for her services, that’s what matters.

Listen in and learn the value of a VIP day, how Jordan found the right balance of service time and cost for her program, how to create a VIP day for your offering, and how to use referral partnerships to ensure a steady client pool. We would love to hear your thoughts and any questions you may have can go right here in the comments! Enjoy!
