You hear a lot about self-care, but what about client care? In this episode I walk through the 5 stages of a client journey while sharing the best tools and resources as well as ways to improve your client journey in a way that creates raving fans of your business (hello client referrals!)

[6.14] How can you assure them that you’re the right person to help them out? And if not, how can you still provide an excellent client experience?
[6.54] You want to show them that you can bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be.
[8.00] The onboarding stage is about assuring them of their decision.
[8.15] Then once they become a client, it’s about assuring them that yes this was the right decision to make.
[13.42] In the stage of the client journey, you really want to make sure that they get what they paid for, plus more.
[15.10] In the offboarding phase, you really want to think about how you can best thank them, and create a raving fan of your client experience.
