In this podcast interview, Kaylan and I talk about what innovation actually looks like in hard seasons of business including how to overcome challenges, how to find a productive schedule in this midst of hard seasons and practical ways to innovate, especially during the pandemic of coronavirus.
Here are the highlights:
[4.14] Kaylan: Innovation means holding onto faith and you’re moving out of faith and not fear anymore, even when those hardships hit.
[6.25] Hannah: As business owners, we were made for this moment. For me innovation is how can I grow my business in a new and different way to adapt to these times.
[9.36] Kaylan: This is a time, now more than ever to pull your team in.
[9.58] Kaylan: If you have a team, you have a team. And that’s an asset to use right now and to leverage.
[14.51] Kaylan: When you take exactly what you have been doing and try to fit it into this new box, it may not fit exactly.
[16.59] Hannah: We still have needs in this world, and strengths in this world. So our business model will have to adapt to what those needs look like in the current landscape.
[21.17] Hannah: Innovation needs to be our first line of defense
