Emma Lemke is a florist turned creative business coach. As a dreamer, creative & a numbers nerd, her clients call her the “business brain to their creative brain” that they so desperately need! When it comes to tracking, most business owners pour them self into their business to the extent that they completely forget about the most contributing factor- Yes, Numbers. But Emma gets it; she knows how tracking numbers can transform the health of your business and help you make the same amount of money working with fewer clients (aka less hustle). With the knowledge of numbers, you can put your energy in the right buckets and avoid the unnecessary clutter.
The cornerstone of freedom is realizing how many clients at what price do I need. It gives you an endpoint that essentially eliminates the hustle culture.
Looking at numbers essentially equips you with the insight to plan your next move. There are times when numbers are discouraging, it sucks, I know the feeling. But don’t miss the opportunity in disguise. Remember, awareness is the key to change. Emma puts it this way, every time we see declining numbers, it’s an opportunity to tweak some things up that will bring more revenue next month. Trial and error are the bedrock of the process.
