She helps clients \u201cwrite the words that help them sell what they do, turning their ideal clients into actual clients with words.\u201d Hype Gal covers three avenues of copywriting, which are&nbsp;<em>website<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>email<\/em>, and&nbsp;<em>launch copy<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Karsen\u2019s biggest mindset shift was realizing that \u201cyou can\u2019t always depend on clear vision in order to keep showing up and moving to the next step in your business.\u201d A founder\u2019s job is to cast vision, otherwise their people perish. But even as a natural visionary, Karsen found that vision is seasonal\u2014that on some days, your creativity is stunted. This is especially true when you\u2019re in the middle of accomplishing many projects at once. To combat these tougher days, Karsen reminds herself to simply&nbsp;<em>keep showing up at a pace that is sustainable for her<\/em>. If you continue to show up regardless of how you feel that day, at a pace that keeps you from burning out, the vision&nbsp;<em>will&nbsp;<\/em>eventually catch up with you again.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">One of Karson\u2019s big goals is&nbsp;<em>to make email marketing fun&nbsp;<\/em>for everybody who finds a use for it. First of all, she considers \u201cmarketing\u201d as nothing more than a relationship-building activity. Whichever avenue you choose to build relationships with potential clients on (ex. Instagram, podcasting, YouTube videos, etc.), having an email list is the most reliable tool that you can use to stay in touch with them, simply because, unlike on any other platform, you&nbsp;<em>own&nbsp;<\/em>your email list.
