For me innovation is how can I grow my business in a new and different way to adapt to these times.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong>[9.36] Kaylan: <\/strong>This is a time, now more than ever to pull your team in.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong>[9.58] Kaylan: <\/strong>If you have a team, you have a team. And that\u2019s an asset to use right now and to leverage.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong>[14.51] Kaylan: <\/strong>When you take exactly what you have been doing and try to fit it into this new box, it may not fit exactly.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong>[16.59] Hannah: <\/strong>We still have needs in this world, and strengths in this world.
