That\u2019s something that I\u2019ve had to learn. When I first started I was kinda serving anyone and everyone who needed remote online support. It was kinda draining for me, not only having a wide net cast, but also just doing so many different things that weren\u2019t necessarily things that I enjoyed or loved. <\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong>[5.12] Madison: <\/strong>I don\u2019t have to work myself into the ground to be successful. <\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong>[8.08] Madison: <\/strong>I think a practical way to really see the scope of your work and be prepared to outsource down the line is to get a really clear on what your spending your time on in your work week. <\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong>[16.21] Madison: <\/strong>You can use that freed up time to evaluate the current state of your business and get serious about where you want to go. <\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong>[19.50] Madison: <\/strong>I\u2019d recommend having an audit of your work week, whether that\u2019s time tracking or just creating a brain dump of a list of all the things you want help with. This is really helpful because this list that you created is going to help build your job description. It\u2019s great for the interview process to help set expectations from the get go.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong>[20.13] Madison: <\/strong>I think that another thing that people really need to realise is that finding someone who is coachable or trainable is a super awesome thing as well.
